The KYN61-40.5(Z) armored removable switchgear is an indoor AC metal-enclosed electrical distribution cabinet designed for three-phase AC 50 Hz systems with a rated voltage of 40.5 kV. It is used in power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises to receive and distribute electrical energy, while providing essential functions such as control, protection, and circuit monitoring.
Because of its reliable operating performance, the switchgear is also suitable for applications requiring frequent switching operations.
Designed in full accordance with GB/T11022-1999, GB3906-1991, and DL404-1997, and referencing the international IEC-298 standard, the KYN61-40.5(Z) armored removable switchgear ensures operational safety, structural stability, and long service life. Its armored metal-enclosed structure and removable handcart form a high-reliability system widely applied in 40.5 kV distribution networks.
The cabinet structure adopts an assembled type, and the circuit breaker adopts a handcart floor standing structure.
Equipped with a brand new composite insulation vacuum circuit breaker, featuring good interchangeability and easy replacement.
The handcart frame is equipped with a screw nut propulsion mechanism, allowing easy movement of the handcart and preventing damage to the propulsion structure due to misoperation.
All operations can be performed with the cabinet door closed.
The interlocking between the main switch, handcart, and switch cabinet door uses a mandatory mechanical locking method to meet the "five prevention" function.
The cable room has ample space and supports connection of multiple cables.
Quick grounding switch is used for grounding and circuit short circuit.
The protection level of the shell is IP3X, and when the handcart door is open, the protection level is IP2X.
The product complies with GB3906-1991, DL404-1997, and adopts the international IEC-298 standard as a reference.
