    DESCRIPTION

The CYCMC37T Aluminum Alloy Shell Compact Busway from CONYA is a next-generation power distribution solution designed for reliability and efficiency. Developed through advanced R&D and inspired by international technologies, this compact busway with aluminum alloy shell and copper conductor delivers excellent conductivity, superior heat dissipation, and enhanced durability.

Its lightweight aluminum housing ensures strong mechanical protection and corrosion resistance, while the copper conductor guarantees high electrical efficiency with minimal energy loss. The compact design reduces installation space, simplifies maintenance, and supports modular expansion, making it ideal for industrial facilities, commercial complexes, and infrastructure projects.

    PRODUCT CHARACTERISTIC

The shell of the busway is integrally formed by extruding aluminum alloy materials, and its surface is treated with electrophoretic oxidation and coloring, featuring strong corrosion resistance.

The side plates of the busway are designed and combined in the form of radiating fins, maintaining a uniform heat dissipation function and capable of long-term operation in environments below 130°C.

The cross-sectional area of the busway shell is several times larger than that of the phase conductors. Leveraging this advantage, it serves as both a protective conductor and a grounding wire, resulting in a more ideal and safer grounding effect.

The aluminum shell of the busway is a non-magnetic metal, so it has less inductance and lower power consumption, overcoming the problem of high current noise in iron-shell busways.

The aluminum shell of the busway evenly surrounds the phase conductors. Since the distances between each phase are close and equal, the reactance is equal and minimal, overcoming the drawback of large three-phase voltage drops caused by traditional grounding methods over long operating times.

The conductors of the aluminum-shell busway are densely arranged inside the aluminum shell, featuring anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, dust-proof, and fire-resistant properties. It has an attractive appearance, light weight, good rigidity, small space occupation, and solves the deficiencies of traditional busways.
