The CYCMC37T-NH fire-resistant busway is designed for low-voltage power distribution systems with a rated voltage below 690V, a rated operating current of 250–5000A, and a frequency of 50–60Hz. It is engineered to maintain stable electrical performance and circuit integrity under fire conditions, ensuring reliable power transmission in critical applications.
After years of testing and long-term industrial energized operation, the CYCMC37T-NH fire-resistant busway has demonstrated excellent electrical performance, fire resistance, and mechanical strength, reaching advanced domestic technical standards. Its robust structure and high-temperature-resistant insulation system make it suitable for installations where fire safety and continuous power supply are essential.
Conductor and Lap Joint Conductor in the Busway:The conductors inside the busway and the lap joint conductors are made of T2 electrolytic copper. They are rolled into TMY hard-drawn copper busbars. The purity of the copper reaches over 99.9%, the conductivity is above 97%, and the resistivity is ≤ 0.017777 Ω·mm²/m.
Insulating Materials: All insulating materials are high-temperature resistant insulating materials with a temperature resistance of over 950 °C.
Shell and Side Plates of the Busway System: The shell and side plates of the busway system are made of steel. A fire-resistant coating should be applied to the surface.
Insulation of Copper Conductors in the Busway: The insulation of the copper conductors in the busway is achieved by winding polyesterimide and high-temperature resistant mica tape.
