The HXGN15-12 box-type metal-enclosed switchgear is a modular AC ring main unit (RMU) designed by Conya Electric for 12 kV, 50 Hz medium-voltage power distribution systems. Developed to meet the needs of agricultural distribution networks and modern urban grid transformation, the HXGN15-12 integrates advanced foreign technology and adheres to IEC 62271-200:2003 and GB3906 standards.
This switchgear features a fully enclosed, SF₆-insulated main switch, ensuring high electrical reliability, strong arc-quenching performance, and minimal maintenance throughout its service life. Built using CNC machining and riveted construction, the cabinet offers an IP3X protection level, excellent mechanical rigidity, and enhanced safety performance.

The main switch, operating mechanism, and components use ABB original parts or domestically assembled SFL-12/24 switchgear with imported components; ABB original HAD/US SF6 can also be installed as per user requirements.
Circuit breaker options include VD4-S vacuum circuit breaker with operation modes divided into dynamic and electric types.
Cabinet is CNC machined and riveted, providing a protection level of IP3X, along with reliable mechanical interlocking and anti-misoperation functions.
