Our History

1988

Foshan Xinya Switch Factory founded, producing transformers and low-voltage electrical products.

1993

Company renamed Foshan Xinya Switch Factory Co., Ltd. and launched R&D department.

1997

Became Guangdong Chuangya Electric Co., Ltd., adopted brand-oriented strategy, established Complete Equipment Division.

2002

Founded Foshan Nanhai Schneider Electric Co., Ltd., introduced ISO quality management, first CCC certification.

2005

Increased R&D investment, obtaining multiple national patents. The Bus Duct Division was also established this year.

2009

Recognized as Guangdong Private Technology Enterprise; “Chuangya” brand named Guangdong Famous Trademark.

2013

Established Guangdong Guangshun Investment Co., Ltd. for domestic and overseas market development.

2016

Founded Foshan Sinoton Electric Co., Ltd., signed ABB MNS-S brand cooperation, focused on green intelligent distribution equipment.

2017

Formed Guangdong Chuangya Electric Group, signed GE high- and low-voltage switchgear manufacturing agreement.

2018

Recognized as Guangdong High-Tech Enterprise, applied for multiple patents, established Party Committee.

2023

Opened CONYA Group Intelligent Electrical (Zhaoqing) Industrial Production Base: 33 acres, 50,000 m², integrating R&D and intelligent manufacturing.
