According to reports, during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the scale of Fujian power grid construction increased by 20% compared with the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, and will usher in the peak period of key project construction such as Fujian-Guangdong interconnection and Fuzhou-Xiamen UHV project. In view of the characteristics of large amount of power grid engineering, heavy tasks, and wide range of points, State Grid Fujian Electric Power Co., Ltd. promotes the construction of power grids with digitalization, deepens the application of Beidou, 5G, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and other technologies, improves the quality and efficiency of infrastructure project management, and reduces the burden and increases the efficiency of grassroots work.


State Grid Fujian Electric Power promotes the normalization of online management and control of infrastructure project management, comprehensively promotes the comprehensive digital management application of the whole process of infrastructure such as the "e-infrastructure" APP, promotes the online operation of 69 core functions of management and 71 key nodes of project management, and realizes the comprehensive application of electronic work tickets, intelligent editing and review of schedules, and online handling of project change visas, with a project digital control rate of 100%.


Land requisition compensation is an important work in the early stage of power transmission and transformation project construction. To this end, State Grid Fujian Electric Power has launched the "sign before construction" module in the "e-infrastructure" APP. The module has 28 functions such as automatic statistics of line channel obstacles and one-click generation of reports, which can realize that power grid enterprises can fully complete the line channel design before the initial design review of the project, and complete the formulation of the annual construction plan and the signing of the land acquisition agreement for the substation project before the start of construction. At present, the module has been applied to 140 projects of State Grid Fujian Electric Power, which has significantly improved the construction efficiency.


In addition, in view of the foundation settlement and high slope displacement at the project site, State Grid Fujian Electric Power has also applied high-precision settlement and displacement sensing technology at the project site, and deployed 56 sets of settlement monitoring devices and 12 sets of slope monitoring equipment in the 500 kV Jimei substation power transmission and transformation project, 220 kV Pudang power transmission and transformation project, etc., and has accumulated more than 1,500 days of safety monitoring, realizing real-time accurate monitoring and overrun warning of substation structures, equipment foundation settlement and high slope displacement. The quality control level of substation engineering has been improved.
