Guangxi Hezhou-Bama Expressway is the "horizontal 3" line in the "6 horizontal, 7 vertical and 8 branch" layout plan of "Guangxi Expressway Network Planning and Revision (2010~2016)". The total length of the route is about 475 kilometers, and the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has arranged Guangxi New Development Transportation Group Co., Ltd. to undertake the construction of the project, and the section from Zhongshan to Zhaoping will be implemented first.
The starting point of Hezhou-Bama Expressway (Zhongshan to Zhaoping Section) is located at the Tonggu Interchange Hub at the intersection of Guilin-Wuzhou and Zhongshan-Hezhou Expressway, and ends in the north of Zhaoping County, connecting Hezhou-Bama Expressway (Zhaoping-Mengshan Section), with a total length of 54.018 kilometers.
