The resettlement plot of Guofang Village is adjacent to Hechong in the south and less than 500 meters away from the Chao'an subway entrance of the Guangfo Line in the north, with a net land area of 58,000 square meters and a total construction area of 315,000 square meters, which is expected to be relocated as a whole after three and a half years.
The first phase of Guofang consists of 14 residential buildings, of which 1-4 and 7-14 are all relocated buildings, with an average height of 32 floors; Buildings 5 and 6 are commercial buildings, with 5 buildings with 33 floors and 6 buildings with 34 floors.
